Formed in 2001, Montgomery Capital Advisers, LLC (MCA) is a diversified capital management and business advisory firm with offices in Dallas and Plano, TX. Serving as a General Partner (GP) in numerous, related, limited partnership investment funds, MCA manages debt and equity investments made by those partnerships in distressed debt, operating entities and other, opportunistic investments with a primary focus on lower middle market, owner-managed businesses. Our firm also serves as a principal in direct equity and debt investments in operating companies and provides professional advisory services to operating companies in our portfolios.

It is the mission of MCA to make direct term debt and preferred equity investments in Texas-based, owner-managed companies, with emphasis on businesses for which traditional financing options are not available. We accomplish this mission through a team of experienced transaction professionals and well-trained analysts, adding value to our portfolio companies and generating preferred returns to our investors.
